RETURN POLICY
-Returns MUST be post marked within 14 days of the delivery date.
-Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. All outgoing orders are inspected for quality assurance, but if you believe you have received defective merchandise, please contact us within 14 days
*Please read washing instructions carefully because we do not offer returns on anything that has been damaged as a result of incorrectly washing a garment.
**Jewelry items ordered online might vary due to the unique aspect of some products being handmade
***The coloring of jewelry will naturally change with age due to weather and skin exposure. Please contact us for any tips on cleaning and restoring jewelry to its original color.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.
You can ship a return back to us using whatever courier you choose.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges/Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return for store credit.
